1/ DELIVERY TERMS
Most items are sent by REGISTERED COLISSIMO .
The delivery is made to the address specified on the order.
Deliveries to metropolitan France and Monaco are made in D+2 if placed before 12h.
Orders placed on Fridays before 12h -
are delivered after the following Monday.

3/ TRANSPORT INSURANCE
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that all our deliveries include transport insurance coverage.
This means that you should be vigilant about the condition of parcels delivered by our carrier.
If you find significant damage to any of the parcels that you receive, you should issue reserves immediately to the delivery person (mention on the delivery slop) and inform us by e.mail at sav@kouzo.fr or by phone at +33 (0)1 43 07 63 77 with your client and order numbers
