1.1/ The prices of our products are all taxes included, exclusive of handling and shipping cost contributions (see shipping times and costs on http://www.kouzo.com.)
1.2/ All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
1.3/ Kouzo reserves the right to change its prices at any time but items will be charged at the price applicable at the time of validation of the client's order subject to availability on that date.
1.4/ Reservation of title
The goods remain Kouzo's full property until full collection of their payment

ARTICLE 3 : ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
The client states that he has read and agrees to the general terms of sales prior to his order. Therefore the order validation constitutes his acceptance of the general terms of sale. Unless otherwise proven information registered by
Kouzo constitute evidence of transactions entered into by Kouzo and its client.
ARTICLE 4 : AVAILABILITY
Our offers are valid as long as they appear on the site subject to availability. For products that are not stored on our premises, our offers are valid subject to availability at our suppliers'.
Item availability information is provided on the site. In the event of any error, change or possibly in the event any item is unavailable after placing your order, you will be informed by e.mail promptly. The order is immediately cancelled and refunded if payment has already been made.
In the case of payment by cheque, if any part of the order is unavailable, the refund is made at Kouzo's option by transfer to the client's bank account or by cheque in the name of the client within thirty days as from the payment date.

ARTICLE 5 : DELIVERY
5.1 : GENERAL
Products bought on www.kouzo.com are deliverable to metropolitan France, overseas districts and all European Union member countries.
The times specified are usual average times and correspond to processing and delivery times.
The products are delivered to the address specified by the client during the order process.
In case of items deliverable on different dates due to availability the delivery time is based on the longest time.
Kouzo Sarl shall not be responsible for consequences of delivery delays.
In the event of any delay, an e.mail is sent to the client.
In case of payment by bank card, the times specified above start on the day the payment is registered and correspond to processing and delivery times.
In case of payment by cheque, the order is processed on receipt of the cheque. As a result, the delivery times applicable in that case start on the day of receipt of the cheque and can therefore change from those mentioned on the order date.
In case of payment by transfer, the order is processed on receipt of the bank statement informing us of your transfer.
However whatever the payment method (credit card, cheque or transfer)
orders placed on Fridays after 4.00 pm are processed on the following Monday.
5.2 : DELIVERY ISSUES
The client should notify the carrier and Kouzo any reserves about the product (for instance : damaged or open parcel, etc.) upon receipt of the parcel. Then depending on the cases specified in article 5.3 below, the client may be entitled to trade in and refund terms specified in that article.
5.3 : PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
Items sold on the www.kouzo.com site are craft products.
As a result, there can be slight differences (for instance : color, size, pattern...) between the characteristics mentioned on the product sheet and the delivered product.
It is specified that the visuals on our site are not contractually binding.
ARTICLE 6 : PAYMENT
Purchases are paid either by :
- SECURE PAYMENT via CIC bank.
- Bank cheque made out to KOUZO SARL
- Bank transfer
In case of payment by cheque, the cheque should be issued by a bank based in Metropolitan France or Monaco. The amount is collected on receipt of the cheque. The cheque should be made out to KOUZO and sent to :

ARTICLE 7 : MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
The customer has seven days as from receipt to return any products that does not suit him. Postage and return costs are then borne by him.
Only the price of the purchased products is refunded. Products are to be returned to Kouzo - 33 avenue du Maréchal
Leclerc - 59130 Lambersart - France. This right of return is only granted for completed products, in their original packaging, in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase order. Incomplete, damaged or soiled items returned by the client are not taken back.
ARTICLE 8 : REFUND
The products are refunded in the cases specified in articles 5 and 7 within two weeks after receipt of the products.
The refund is made at Kouzo's option by transfer or by cheque to the payer's bank account.
Likewise, in case of payment by credit card, the refund will be done by recrediting the debited bank account. Only the price of the items will be refunded.

The general terms of sale are dated and apply as long as they appear on the site - Kouzo reserves the right to change them, and new terms will apply as soon as published - however, the general terms of sale appearing on the site at the time of the customer's order remain applicable to the customer.
ARTICLE 12 : APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
This contract is governed by the laws of France.
In the event of any dispute with individuals or professionals, the matter shall be brough before the courts of Lille . In the event of any dispute only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
